The flat base of this pan is coated with Magnum, Kaiser's unique cut and acid resistant surface. The rim is coated with two layers of non-stick to provide easy food release. You can use this pan to make rectangular versions of most cheesecake recipes - the volume of this pan is about one and a half times that of a circular 10" or 11" springform pan.
