Made of durable hard-anodized aluminum of uniform thickness, the pan is an excellent heat conductor and cooks food quickly and evenly. Its double-coated nonstick interior prevents food from sticking and makes cleanup easier. The pan has a contoured oval stainless-steel handle with a blasted satin finish that is comfortable to grip and is held in place by sturdy stainless-steel rivets. The contrasting brushed stainless-steel cover is slightly domed for steaming foods, offering more versatility to this pan. This griddle is oven-safe up to 375 degrees F so you don't have to dirty several pans to make one dish.
