This is a heavy, one piece, handthrown stoneware backing and serving dish where you can make an entire meal around a whole chicken. The piece is 14" across and 4" tall and made with lead free paint and glaze. An informational sheet on how to prepare your chicken dinner is included with each order. Basically, your liquid seasoning, including wine, beer, fruit juice, etc. is poured into the center of the cooker and after the chicken is prepared, seasoned and so on, it is placed right over the center bowl. Add your favorite vegetables and garnishes around the outside as shown in the picture, place in a COLD Oven and heat at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 to 2 hours. Its that easy that anyone can make a magnificent meal!
